How Tasks, Kanban and the Calendar relate
One task, three views — a list, a board, and a date on the calendar.
Tasks, the Kanban board and the Calendar are not three separate to-do systems. They're three lenses on the same set of tasks, so you can work whichever way suits the moment.
The task itself
Every task can carry a priority (high / medium / low), an energy level, and an @context tag like @home or @calls. High-priority, urgent tasks surface in the Eisenhower matrix so you see what to do first.
On the board
The same task is a card on the Kanban board. Drag it across Todo → In Progress → Done to move it through your workflow. Priority and context stay visible on the card.
On the calendar
Give a task a due date and it appears on the Calendar alongside your events — one grid for everything that's happening and everything that's due. Edit the task from any of the three views and the others follow.
