The six hubs, explained
Twenty-one sections, grouped into six hubs that match how your life is already organised.
Plannr.do has twenty-one sections. Rather than dump them in one long menu, it groups them into six hubs — each a slice of life you already think in. You never have to use all of them; most people live in three or four and open the rest when a need comes up.
Plan & Act
The doing hub — anything with a deadline or a next step. It holds your Calendar, Tasks, Kanban board, Projects, Routines and Goals. This is where intentions turn into a plan you can move through.
Capture & Think
Where thoughts land before they're sorted. The Inbox catches anything you don't want to file in the moment, the Second Brain is a linked note space, and the Journal is a daily writing habit with prompts and mood.
Body & Mind
The maintenance layer for the person doing everything else: Health (sleep, mood, weight, water, exercise), Meals, Habits, and a Focus timer for deep work.
Money
Your Finance ledger with budgets and a cash-flow forecast, recurring Subscriptions that post themselves, and Home for warranties and maintenance.
World
The life beyond your to-do list: Network (staying in touch with people), Learning (courses, books, a skill tree), and Lifestyle (wishlist, reading, watchlist, travel).
Insights
The payoff for keeping everything in one place. The Dashboard is your daily command center; Analytics reads across everything to show trends, balance and correlations.
