Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

We want you on Pro because it genuinely helps — not because you got stuck with a charge. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work. It's meant to be simple and fair.

The short version

  • Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try the whole product before paying anything.
  • New Pro subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
  • Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Nothing you've created is deleted when your trial ends or you cancel.

1. Try before you pay

Every new account gets 14 days of the entire app at no cost, with no card required — every section, nothing held back. Use it first, so you know the app fits the way you work before you pay anything. One trial is available per email address.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

Separately from the free trial: if you subscribe and then decide within 14 days of your first payment that it isn't for you, email us for a full refund of that first charge. There's no form to fill in — just tell us you'd like a refund.

3. Monthly plans

You can cancel a monthly Pro subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for. Outside the 14-day guarantee window we generally don't refund partial months, but get in touch if something went wrong — we look at genuine cases individually.

4. Yearly plans

Yearly Pro can be cancelled at any time and won't renew. Cancel within the 14-day guarantee window and you get a full refund. After that, we may at our discretion offer a pro-rated refund of the unused whole months left on your term, less any applicable fees. That's a fairness measure rather than an obligation, except where the law that applies to you requires more.

5. How to request a refund

Email contact@plannr.do from the address on your account, with the word "refund" and, if you have it, the date of the charge. We aim to reply within a few business days and to process approved refunds promptly.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle, our merchant of record. Depending on your bank, it can take several business days for the money to appear after we've issued it.

7. Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse — for example repeated subscribe-and-refund cycling, or a breach of our Terms of Service. We also can't refund a charge to an account or payment method other than the one making the request.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection law that applies to you. Where that law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights win.

9. Contact

Questions about a charge or a refund? Email contact@plannr.do — a person will read it.
