Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Plannr.do (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Plannr.do, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it, to use Plannr. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at contact@plannr.do if you suspect someone else is using it. We are not liable for losses that follow from a failure to safeguard your own account.

4. Plans, billing and renewals

Free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the entire Service. No payment details are required to begin it, and one trial is available per email address. When the trial ends, access to the Service stops until you subscribe. Nothing you have created is deleted, and it remains available to you if you subscribe later.

Subscription

• After the trial, Plannr.do costs $14.99 per month, or $143.88 per year ($11.99 a month) when billed annually, plus any applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record for the transaction and are responsible for collecting any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep access until then.
• Prices may change. We'll give reasonable notice before a change affects your renewals.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you create in Plannr. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, back up and sync that content across your devices so we can operate the Service for you. We claim no ownership of it, and we do not use it to train models or for advertising.

You are responsible for your content and for keeping your own backups. We provide one-click JSON export precisely so you always have a copy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store or distribute unlawful content;
• Attempt to breach, probe or circumvent the Service's security or access controls, including tier restrictions;
• Reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the Service except where the law permits it;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the infrastructure it runs on;
• Use automated means to abuse the Service or place unreasonable load on it.

7. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, branding and the content we provide — belongs to the team that operates Plannr.do and is protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service; they do not transfer any of our rights to you.

8. Availability

We work to keep Plannr available and reliable, but the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. A local cache keeps your most recent data available on your device through a brief sync interruption. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where that's practical.

9. Termination

You may stop using Plannr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service and its users. When access ends, your right to use the Service ends. Export your data beforehand — your content remains yours, but we cannot guarantee access to a synced copy after an account is closed.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of Plannr.do will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll revise the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Plannr after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator of Plannr.do is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be heard by the competent courts of that country. Nothing here removes the protections that the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence gives you, or your right to bring a claim before your local courts where that law allows it.
