Capture your first thing

Skip the setup. Type one line into the capture box and let the app file it.

The fastest way to understand Plannr.do is to use the capture box once. It's the single field you type everything into — tasks, expenses, events, notes — written the way you'd say them out loud. The app reads what you wrote and files it in the right section.

  1. 1
    Open capture

Hit the Capture button in the top bar (or its keyboard shortcut). One text field appears — that's the whole interface.

  2. 2
Type it like you'd say it

Try coffee 4.50, or gym tomorrow 7am, or call Sarah about the lease. Don't format anything — just write.

  3. 3
    Watch where it lands

A live preview shows what it'll become before you commit — an expense, a calendar event, a task. Hit enter to file it.

  4. 4
    Correct it if needed

If it guessed wrong, change the type in the preview. Plannr.do remembers your correction for next time.

All of this parsing happens on your device. There's no AI server in the loop and nothing extra gets uploaded — the routing is local.

Once you've captured a few things, open the sections they landed in — the expense in Finance, the event on the Calendar — and you'll see how the one box feeds the whole app.
