How the sections connect
The whole point of Plannr.do: sections aren't silos — they feed each other automatically.
Most apps make you juggle separate tools that never talk. Plannr.do's sections share one dataset, so an entry in one place quietly shows up wherever else it's relevant. Here are the connections worth knowing.
Tasks ⇄ Kanban ⇄ Calendar
These are three views of the same work. A task has a priority, an energy level and an @context. It appears on the Kanban board as a card you drag across Todo → In Progress → Done. If it has a due date, it also lands on the Calendar. Edit it anywhere and all three update.
Subscriptions → Finance
Add a subscription with its cost and billing date, and on each billing date Plannr.do posts the transaction to your Finance ledger and rolls the next date forward. Your ledger stays honest without manual entry.
Meals → Tasks
Plan your week's meals from saved recipes and the app aggregates every ingredient into one grocery list — delivered into Tasks, ready to tick off at the shop.
Everything → Analytics
Because it's all one dataset, Analytics can read across habits, money, mood and tasks to show correlations you'd never spot in separate apps — like how your sleep tracks with your productive days.
